I architect the future. For fifteen years, I ran two companies. One designed special venue theaters, theme park attraction, LED facades and museum exhibits. The other built AI-based architectural technology that was used in visualization tools, smart building and LED display technologies.
I work with and speak to the broad range of AEC practitioners, including developers and construction firms, architects and engineers. My speaking and advisory clients include Autodesk to JLL. I have designed retail stores for a broad range of fashion retailers and led the design of 27,000 SQF of exhibits for the US Government at the 2015 World’s Fair (Expo Milano).
When I speak to AEC audiences, I do so from the practitioner’s lens. How do AI, geopolitics, demographics and economics change the needs of our end user. I leave them with actionable tools to change the way they design, build, finance and profit.

As the global futurist at HP, I directed long-term strategy. I’m also an advisor to the CEO at Frost & Sullivan, one of the largest global private manufacturing technology intelligence agencies. While serving as the Senior Fellow at the HBR China New Growth Institute, I’ve gained a deep awareness of East Asian markets.
